Amstrad PCW 8256/8512 Games Archive 1.2
---------------------------------------

Games were collected from several sources, while many had corrupt copies.
Adjustments were made for many games to make them easily usable with PCWs
fitted with Gotek drives (or with emulators).

For games that are on one disk side, if CP/M files could fit inside dsk
image, they were placed there along with appropriate profile.sub.

If CP/M files couldn't be fitted to dsk image, a separate dsk image
"<game name> Boot" was created, containing CP/M files with wait.com command.
Game is booted from that boot disk and then a message appears that waits
for a key to be pressed. You then insert game disk, press a key, and game
loads.

For games on multiple disk sides, the sides are marked with A,B, and so on,
while boot disk has a name "<game name> 0" and is used to start the game.

Several Basic games were fixed (mostly the ones that specified drive for
loading other parts). For most Basic games, basic.com was added along with
CP/M files, and they were made autoboot.

Games in PASSWORD directory require passwords for starting. Passwords are
provided for all games in appropriate files.

I hope you enjoy this fine PCW games collection, as several days went into
its making. If you maybe have a PCW game that isn't in the archive, and you
are willing to share it, please contact me. If you find a game that doesn't
work, also contact me, I'll try to fix it.
